Trash Compactor Repair

I have a Lady Kenmore Trash Compactor Model # 665.1350590. It work fine, however when the compactor moves up or down in is very loud. As I said it is working fine, it does its job, maybe something is loose. If any one can help, please reply.

My Kitchenaid KUCC151JSS0 also started making a loud "vibrating" noise when starting and stopping. I removed the power screw covers, but could not see anything loose or vibrating. There is a lot of grease on the covers and not on the screws.
