ram won't reverse
Model Number: 665.1361 Brand: Kenmore Age: 1 - 5 years
The ram sticks in down position. Motor continues to (rattle?) I did not have any material in the compactor although there are statements in the instructions to fill it half full. Will the ram not reverse if it goes to full down when empty? If it should, any suggestions as to what the problem is?
