My door wont latch or stay closed,it seems like when a heavy load is in it,will revert to shutting properly.nothing is in the tracks or behind the bimn to prevent a full close when lightly loaded..Thanks Trevor

Check if the latch on the right side of the container is locked properly.

Check both slides, rollers on the container and the foot pedal.

well,that got me on the floor with a flashlight,and low and behold,the rear most area was packed with petrified garbage.took off back cover cleaned.now its like new!
