My compactor cycles fine until I set my rocker switch that turns the compactor off at the down position to hold and compact the trash more over night.
If the rocker switch is on then I turn the start knob as soon as I release the knob it stops and if i hold it in the start position when it reaches the bottom of the cycle it makes a noise like it is kicking in and out of the cycle.
I can start the cycle and when it reaches the down position then throw the rocker switch and it will stop in the down position.
My question is it the rocker switch or my up and down switch.
