You can test the compressors contacts the common, run and start while its not running to see if the compressor is good or not good.

Connected beteween the cap tube and the discharge line on the high side by the condenser fan area. Sucks up moisture with tiny like rock beads inside of it.

Pull the grill out from underneath the fridge and make sure your condenser is free of dust and particles. you may also have a restriction in the sealed system.

They can be tricky some have screws some dont and by soaking them over night in some warm water may give them some flex.

Sounds like you need freon and see after it is charged up if it holds and there are no leaks in the system. you will need a compound gauge and you must be certified to add the freon.

is it a digital range? and if it is you might want to try replacing the circuit board. if you check the schematic sheet and you could try to jump through the relayand test the bake and broil to see...
