Send is in the top of the unit on the fresh food side where the control are located. Should be back left corner in the top. Return is behind the drawers in the bottom of the unit.

Check the wiring to the heater and the thermostat. Make sure they are on the terminals good. Also, look at where it goes into the door and make sure none of the wires got damaged.

Hello amao. It sounds like you have a bad door switch. This unit has a total of 3 switches. It is best to test the switches and see which one is bad. You can test this with a multi-meter AP3873826....
