My guess is the belt tentioner is bad, replace it...

My guess is the belt tentioner is bad, replace it with whirlpool part#691366 which has a roller on it, You will never have to replace it again!!!!

I think if you read the paper work that came with the timer, you will see where the directions talk about a RED wire in the harness going to the timer. If yours has a red wire, connect the loose wire...

Remove the water, remove the hoses from the pump...

Remove the water, remove the hoses from the pump and remove whatever is blocking the pump, LD is long drain, which means something is keeping it from draining!!! Then repair the Lid!!:)

Check the Thermal fuse (little white fuse on the heater duct on the back of the dryer) If its open(no continuty) replace it and make sure that the dryer dosen't overheat, you should be all set!!:)
