Disregard that. Put 115 volts to the icemaker water valve in the back. If no water goes to the icemaker, you either have a frozen line or a bad valve.

It's unfortunately common, but lots of times the voltage to the icemaker is missing due to a splice failure internal to the fridg. You will need a meter to check.

You will need to order parts to fix the fountain door, but you also may have a leaky water valve in the back of the fridg. Look At the icemaker and see if the water to it is overflowing.

Either that or buy a new board, your most probable problem. If your ice cubes are melting and the frozen food getting soft, you have a more serious problem that I thought.

Most probable problem is a bad defrost heater. Remove the freezer panel and check heater, if black inside with a gap, it's bad, get a new one on this site.

Remove the back freezer panel and check frost...

Remove the back freezer panel and check frost pattern, if total, heavy frost,
defrost the coils. Most probable problem is the defrost thermostat clipped to the top of the evaporator.
