hi, kitchen aid stove, oven not coming on . oven cavity light staying on, will not self clean , panel says door not closed, customer says stove had same problems last year+ had latch replaced ,thanks

it may be a problem with door switch, or thermal fuse at back of dryer, or timer, check to see that youare getting 220 volts and 110 volts across white +red +110 volts across white +black+ 220 across...

check that off balance switch, with a multimeter,...

check that off balance switch, with a multimeter, see if you are getting 110volts , or use the ohm meter setting to see if there is continuity across switch. unplug machine first. or bypass switch
