Model Number: gss201emb ww   Brand: GE   Age: 5 - 10 years   
hi there i am looking for some advise on the issue of freezer not freezing food walls are real coold but it isn't freezing food it is turnned up to max .... could it be the defrost thermastat gone bad

ok it appears to be the defrost timer but i am not sure were to find it on this model gss201emb ww ..........any help would be great thanks
