Default GE Fridge is too warm
Model Number: TBX18SASERWH   Brand: GE   Age: More than 10 years

Gene,
I have good cubes but the milk is too warm. Cold control is on 7 and moving to 9 has no effect. Damper is full open but can't descend below 42 degrees. No frost on back panel in freezer compartment. Removing panel shows some frost on coils. Heater element has continuity. Thermo device snapped onto line has no continuity in frosted or warmed condition. No A/C from these lines with fridge back running. The thermo device looks like it closes/opens in 68-40 degree range? Any suggestions are appreciated.
