Monogram Side by Side
Model Number: ZIS48NYA Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
Freezer lower section is warmer than upper section, in fact, a glass of water freezes up only in the upper section. What could be wrong?

Take your ice bin out, and hit the ceiling of the freezer section with your knuckles, does it sound hollow or solid? Post results

Is the center mulion of the refer hot to the touch. Open both doors and feel the center divider.
