This unit is just dead it tries nothing. I do not have a service manual so I do not have the thermister values. At 80 degrees the evap sensor has 2 ohms the bin sensor is like 51. Would anyone have a service manual available? The clean setting does nothing as well I think it may be the Marvel 41006035 board but not knowing what the thermistor values are could be a waste. This unit I believe is made for many different labels. The sensor numbers are 41006204 and 41006205. Thank you.

Foleymech,

Did you ever get a reply to your request for Bin Thermister OHM values. I have a Jenn Air Undercounter Ice machine which just seemed to die. The drain pump still works but machine quiet and dead otherwise. Tested the front grill on/clean switch and gets power and switch works. I tested the Bin Thermister and at room temp I get a ohm reading of 335 ohms. I don't know what the value should be. Some literature I looked at said 70 degrees should make ohm value around 10K but that was for a kitchenaid icemaker. Any help appreciated!

Thanks

i have a spec sheet for a kitchenaid undercounter icemaker...shows ice bin thermistor cutin values 40degrees +-1 farenheit , resistance 25.9k ohms +-3% , cut-out = 35 degrees F +- 1 degree F and resistance of 29.8kohms +-3%, this is a 2005 yr unit. good luck.

Thanks but the Jenn Air has a different thermistor. I was able to find a table with the proper values and it was a defective thermistor. The values are:

RESISTANCE VS. TEMPERATURE CHART
TEMPERATURE (C) TEMPERATURE (F) RESISTANCE (KOHMS)
-15 5 11.350
-10 14 8.918
-5 23 6.700
0 32 5.630
5 41 4.520
10 50 3.652
15 59 2.970
20 68 2.430
25 77 2.000

I got a 3K resistor from Radio Shack wired it in place of Bin Thermistor and unit started right up. Now I need to find a cheap Thermistor if possible.
