Model Number: 106.44323400 Brand: Kenmore Age: 1 - 5 years
Everything in my freezer started having frost on it.
I have run the diagnostics on the tech sheet and everything shows OK. When going to step 7, the defrost heater will heat, I can feel it at the bottom of the freezer compartment. Does the problem point to one of the boards being bad? Which control board controls the defrost function, the one in the top of the fresh side (p/n 2307037) or the one down by the compressor, (p/n 2323180. Or is there another that I've missed. Thanks, Dickie |

WHY WOULD YOU THINK THIERS ANOTHER BOARD? I`M LOOKING AT A WIRING DIAGRAM FROM A ( GIBSON SIDE BY SIDE ) IT SHOWS TWO. MOD:GRS20ZRH. AND YOUR SITUATION IS VERY MUCH CONCURRENT TO MINE. HEY IT WOULD BE REAL NICE IF YOU RESOLVED YOUR ISSUE. AND YOU WOULD PASS ON YOUR REMEDYS IF SO PLEASE CONSIDER. GOD BLESS.
