Refridgerator/Freezer ice maker not making solid ice cubes
Model Number: KBUIT4850A01 Brand: Thermador Age: 1 - 5 years
The ice maker in my freezer is not making solid ice cubes. They are mostly hollow, there are icicle-like drips on the edge of the tray and I end up with a solid block of ice in the tray. It appears that they are being ejected before the cubes are solid enough. The freezer is cold enough. Is there a way to adjust the cycle time on the ice maker?
