My ice maker quit making ice.
Turns out the tab on the end of the ejecter bar had snapped off, thus allowing the drive gear to disengage from the motor.
I bought a new ejecter bar, but was wondering if anyone could tell me how to recalibrate the sequence.
It's sort of like a timing gear on an engine--it will go together 100 different ways, but it will only work one way.
There is a red stripe on the gear, but there doesnt seem to be any obvious mark to line it up with.
Anybody know where to set it?
