The ice dispensor and water dispensor on my GE GSH22JSRE fridge stopped working a little while ago and doesn't crush, dispense cubes, or water when you press the lever on the door. Here are the details.

- Ice maker works fine and fills the tray with cubes
- When you press the door lever (in crush, cube, or water mode), the LED light goes out for about 2-3 seconds, but the motor doesn't start. In the background I hear a click (the relay kicking in?) and then a noise that is best discribed like your stomach rumbling (low intenstity).
- If I open the freezer door and depress the light button and try the lever the same thing happens as when the door is normally close.
- If I remove the ice tray, I can manually turn the motor so that isn't stuck.
- I can manually spin the augor to get cubes out so that isn't the issue.

Any ideas? Is the motor itself bad?

Your main control board is bad, located on the back of the refer behind an access panel

Just to close the loop - The replacement main board arrived and it fixed the issue. Thank you to all the folks who responded.
