Most likely the problem with your fridge is a bad dumper control. This is a part which operates with the air flow from the freezer into the fresh food compartment. The dumper control is located in the in the upper left corner in the fresh food compartment. - The part number for the new dumper assembly AP3420682 Good luck. Gene.
