Last week some stuff was put into the freezer and pushed in. This pushed the items up against the vents in the back of the freezer. A few days later is when I noticed some frost building up and the ice was wet. Unplugged the refrigerator and after some digging online took the back panel off in the freezer and the coils were frozen maybe halfway up. Got the ice cleaned off of the coils and the air tower was thawed out completely. Plugged it back in and by the next night the fridge and freezer were back to normal. Three days later it looks like the freezer is starting to frost over again and the temp on the thermometer says its up to 18 from about 0.

Any tips on what needs to be replaced or what the problem might be?
