Ice Maker Not Making Ice
Model Number: GC3SHEXNS00 Brand: Whirlpool Age: Less than 1 year
No Replies anyone?- I am reposting this question
Ice maker not making ice. No water is getting to the ice maker. Checked water source - it is ok, checked supply line - not plugged or frozen. I can blow through the line so it is clear. I disasembled the solenoid valve but couldn't tell anything from that. Reassembled solenoid and reinstalled. Still no water to the icemaker. Water does get to the in-door water dispenser so the supply line and filter are not plugged. I don't know if it is the actual solenoid or some other electonics not communicating with the solenoid. I'm hoping someone has already dealt with this issue. Please help.
