Ice won't drop
Brand: Sears Age: 1 - 5 years
The ice maker makes ice, but it does not drop the ice into the ice bin. If we turn on the accelerator and dispense an ice cube, run two quarts of water from the water dispensor, it drops ice and makes new ice, but the new ice stays in the ice maker.
How do I identfy what's wrong and how do i fix the problem? Thanks for your help Ads By Google
