I recently purchased a kickplate from you but need instructions on how to attach it.
Thank you, Lori DeLio
The model number of the fridge is ziss480drss. The part number for the kickplate is wr74x10189. Thanks.

Lori,

The model number you posted is incorrect. Verify and repost it. Also what is the APP part number of the kick plate?

Gene.

It's secured with the screw (#550 on the diagram) on each side of the kick plate.

I did not receive any screws with it. Nothing but the kickplate came.

You should use the old screws. If they are not there, you have to order two screws.

- The kick plate screw Part number: AP3672102
Part number: AP3672102

We never had a kickplate therefore never had any screws. Can you tell me what size they are or how much it is to order a set? Thanks, Lori

Lori,

They are $8.45 a piece and you can order them by clicking on the part number or picture in the previous reply.
