My Ice machine arms work but no water is despenced, the arms stay in the 2:00 position, if I hand feed the tray water, cubes are made and dispenced, sounds like the water valve opens and closes, but no water.
I have thowed out the feeder hose, and checked the temp, in frezzer, it is bellow -9 % and the water dispencer works, also there is no water in the supply line for the ice on the back, I have also taken the dual valve of and checked fo kinks
Do I need both parts or just one
