Hello All,:confused:

New to this site and found it really helpful. I can’t believe how many people have issues with the Samsung brand. I purchased based on looks should have stayed away. 15 days out of warranty and both Samsung and Sears told me to take a hike.
Problem - Both the fridge and freezer are forming ice.... Fridge set at 4 and freezer at -14
I have replaced the sensor in the fridge section and the fan motor in the freezer as both were dead.
Can anyone advise what else could be wrong, I have read that the defrost cycle may not be working and looked at several posts on this site but this unit is slightly different to the units discussed in detail.

Any help would be appreciated.
