I need to add freon to my freezer,to do so I need a saddle tap valve. It should fit on a 5/16" line and should be compatable with 134a freon.Do you have one?

You can not use any kind of saddle tap valve because it will cause a leak pretty soon and it is illegal. A service valve has to be brazed.

This process requires Freon evacuation first. It's not a simple job and it's better to be done by a licensed tech.
