This is a french door model, the area under are vegetable keepers gets full of water freezes and then runs out on floor, there is no drain that I can see only what looks like the reservoir for the cold water dispenser in the door and a heating device probably for defrosting. maybe hole in reservoir or heater not working ???, can someone help me thanks, jack
