Our condenser fan suddenly stopped working. I have a portable fan on the compressor/coils for now, and the fridge is still working fine. The fan's motor itself does NOT feel warm to the touch, so I'm guessing it isn't getting power? What could the issue be here? Any other parts I should check under the fridge?

Check for 120 VAC to the condenser fan motor while the compressor is on.

If there is no proper voltage, replace the control board in the fresh food compartment.

If the voltage is correct, replace the condenser fan motor.

- The control board Part number: AP3177964
Part number: AP3177964

- The condenser fan motor Part number: AP4318657
Part number: AP4318657

Here is the Tech sheet.
