Power was cut off for non payment of bill. When power was restored fridge was not working, no fan no compressor just lights. Is there a breaker switch or an override button someplace?

Locate the defrost timer behind the front kick panel and turn the knob in the middle. If it now runs, replace the defrost timer AP4246797
