I have a 7 year old Kitchen Aid built-in refrigerator. The 'Call Service' light came on along with a series of subtle beeps.
In the upper unit area, I discovered that the condensor fan was not working. I replaced the fan with a new unit but that did not solve the problem. All the connections are snug and tight.
I have traced one of the fan leads to a box that the online parts lists indicates containing a "pc board power supply" - so is this the control point for the condensor fan?
Thanks!

Thanks for all the extremely useful information. I have downloaded both items and ordered the part I need just a few minutes ago.
I really appreciate the support! I had made several calls and posts to no avail. Yours was the first to get me the information I needed.
Thanks again!
