My 25 ft upright freezer ,freezes great but circulation fan in freezer will not cut off unless I rotate Thermostat . Thanks for any advice

Does the compressor stop or it does the same thing?

What is the exact temperature inside?

What is the complete model number of the freezer?

Gene my model # is EV200NXKQW. The compressor cycles and the freezer is frozen solid ( sorry i have no thermometer ), the fan will only turn off when I turn the dial inside to zero. thank you for your time.
