What is the temperature in the freezer?

Have you seen a frost build up on the rear panel in the freezer?

Can you feel any air blowing through the damper (#18 on the diagram)?

Emptied freezer-lo and behold, it's iced up back there. Coils frozen. Thawing it out now. Will have to ask-more likely to be defective in this thing, defrost heater element, or control mechanism?
