No Power RG

Model Number: 106-9547620 Brand: Kenmore Age: More than 10 years

There is power, 120ac up to the connector that is mounted on the bottom of the back panel( above the water valve). At the connector that is mounted inside the top front control area there is no power The neutral has continuity back to the plug, the line (black) does not. Is there a switch, circuit breaker or othe device that would break this connection. If so where is it
