freezer and fridge not cold
Model Number: 106-50022004 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years
Every 10-15 min. something turns on and buzzes lightly then clicks when it shuts off.

Sounds like the compressor trying to start and can not. The cause of the problem could be a bad start device or a bad compressor.
The start device is not too difficult to replace yourself and it comes with the complete installation instructions If the compressor gone bad then it has to be done by a certified technician and it is expensive. - The part number for the start device kit is AP3873993 Gene.
