refrigerator freezes fresh food
Model Number: pss25mgma w w Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
No matter what setting i use on the refrig side it is freezing the fresh food...I have it set on the # 1 position and it has not responded in a day now...Could this be a cold control problem???

Hi rondawn
Most likely the problem with your fridge is a bad dumper control (#420 & #426 on the fresh food compartment break down diagram). It has to replaced and it comes with the installation instructions. - The part number for the new dumper control assembly AP3775595 - Here are the break down diagrams for the GE refrigerator Model PSS25MGMAWW Good luck.
