I have a maytag ref. The ice maker is not working. I am not sure if it is the ice maker or the ref. The ref. is new to me. I dont know if the ice maker ever worked. I have disconnected the ice maker from the ref. and checked the in line fuse and it was good. What I dont have is any power 115v at the connector of the ref. what I need to know is if this voltage should be present all the time. I have a wiring dig. for the ref. I dont want to buy a new ice maker if it is the ref. could some one tell me if this voltage should be present. If it is I will be able to trace the wiring back until I find it.
