Water in Fridge
Brand: Amana Age: More than 10 years
Hi,
I have an old Top-freezer Amana fridge. It is on its way to being replaced, but I want to work for just a few weeks more so the new one can be installed with a remodeled kitchen.
My Drain Pan is dry, and there is water in the fridge. I just replaced the defrost timer, so it is not that. I opened up the back of the freezer, and there was no frost on the coils. There was frozen ice at the bottom.
I disassembled the drain, and the problem seems to be in between the bottom of the freezer and drain at the bottom of the freezer.
How can I remove the bottom of the freezer so I can see what is the junk that is blocking the exit drain of the freezer.
I looked for some screws to remove the bottom, but no luck.
Any advice is appreciated.
