I have a kitchen aid (freezer on the bottom) refrig model # KBFO42FTX00, 2 1/2 years old. The freezer door was left open and the freezer thawed out. Now the ice maker doesn't work. The led indicator is blinking twice then rest, then twice then rest. I have tried thawing it out with a hair dryer but no success. I think the blinking red light is also the fill indicator for the ice. It doesn't stop blinking when I hold the control arm in. Also there is no water in the tray. Can you help.
