iHAVE A SAMSUNG MODEL RS2630SH AND I NEED THE DEFROST ELEMENT OR DEFROST HEATER, I CAN'T FIND THE PART NUMBER OR ANYPLACE THAT CAN GET IT FOR ME.
I REPLACED THE MAIN BOARD AND THE DEFROST SENCOR BUT THE FREEZER STILL FREEZES UP IN A FEW DAYS.
I FIGURE IT HAS TO BE THE DEFROST ELEMENT.ANYONE THAT KNOWS THE PART NUMBER TO DEFROST ELEMENT OR WHERE I CAN BUY ONE PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

Check out Item 19 in Section 3.

Note: It would be best to check it with a meter as it may also be the defrost thermostat, Item 13.
Cannot say exactly what it should be but they are usually around 20 ohms.
The thermostat should be 0 ohms (closed) when frozen. It must be frozen as it opens just above freezing.
