UPDATE ON MY DEALINGS WITH SAMSUNG. AFTER SENDING THIRTY E-MAILS TO EVERY POSSIBLE ADDRESS SAMSUNG CALLED AND ARE GOING TO REPAIR MY APPLIANCE FREE. MY QUESTION STILL IS...WHAT IS MAKING THE REFRIDGERAROR COILS INSIED THE FRIDGE AREA TOTALLY ICE UP AND STOP WORKING? IM GLAD THEIR COMINT TO FIX IT BUT IM NOT CONVINCED THEY KNOW WHAT TO REPLACE. ANY HELP??

I'm having the same problem, I have the same fridge.

I downloaded the manual and think I learned how to use the front screen display as a diagnostics check.

The diagnostic flashed 90 on the freezer side and 30 on the fridge side.

So far I have no idea what that means.

Can you advise any update on your fridge?
