Problem started w/ freezer icing up. First - tested defrost thermostat and it was bad so I purchased new one, all swelled up, worked for a day and froze up again. Second - tested manual reset with door switch, would'nt work, also fan was blowing real slow or not at all so I purchased new blower motor and adaptive control board and installed. Thought problem was solved only to find out theres still a problem with fan blowing too slow. Rechecked all wiring for shorts and defrost thermostat and everything checks out. Thought maybe then the compressor was low but time checked and it goes the 4 hours with even frost on coils with fan running high speed and cools to -10 degrees. Then after it comes out of defrost cycle the fan blows slowly and never gets to proper speed so the ciols freeze again. Anybody out there have an idea whats going on?
