Tested Defrost Timer, Continuity Good When Advancing Timmer Shaft , Defrost Thermostat Checks With Continuity When Warm And Then When Placed In Freezer, Defrost Heater,no Conitinuity,1/4" Tube Has A Crack On One Of The Bends Visually Hollow Inside, Continuityon Both Sides Of The Tube. No Continuity From Bullet Connctor To Tube Either Side

[COLOR="Blue"] Defrost Thermostat Checks With Continuity When Warm And Then When Placed In Freezer[/COLOR] This is a problem. The thermostat should be open (infinite ohms) at room temperature and closed (0 ohms) when frozen, see the tech sheet. [COLOR="Blue"], Defrost Heater,no Conitinuity,1/4" Tube Has A Crack On One Of The Bends Visually Hollow Inside, Continuityon Both Sides Of The Tube. No Continuity From Bullet Connctor To Tube Either Side[/COLOR] You lost me here. The defrost heater should measure approximately 22 ohms, see the tech sheet |
