Model Number: TPH21PR Brand: GE Age: More than 10 years
The Refrigerator Compartment Is Too Cold - Causing Milk,etc To Freeze. Looking At The Damper In The Damper Assembly, I See Only The White Plastic Cone Against The Damper. I Do Not See The Other Item - Something Which Looks Like A Spring Over A Bar - Which Is Shown On The Enlarged Parts Picture Of The Ap2060490 In The Parts Listing Of The Appliance Parts Pros On-line Catelog. Could This Missing Item Be Causing The Damper To Hang Open?
