Model Number: frs26xgcw2 Brand: Frigidaire Age: 5 - 10 years
Frigdaire Gallery man. date 3-96
freezer not getting cold enough to freeze ice cream. refriderator side not getting cold about 50 deg. I have checked evaporator, it is only 1/3 frosted. condensor coils have been cleaned.defrost timer has been changed. pleas help. Ads By Google Related Models |

Tap the icebox and see if the low side pressure is at least 5 PSI
That is what I would do. |

I had this problem...the cyclic defroster was froze up with ice. Turn off, use blow dryer to defrost iced up defroster. Mine was a GE profile. Defroster was located inside a freezer panel..removed 4 screws..lots of ice build up. Then worked fine
