I PUT IN A NEW MOTOR 9 MOS AGO; Some days it will put out a whole bucket, then it stops in the middle of a cycle ie the blades are in the 11 oclk pos. The ice is solid; I wiggle the blades a little & wait a day, then it starts again; but, its a long time between harvests. setting is 4. I never have a problem getting water to the tray. The blades are a little loose. I get 110v to the motor. I followed the trouble shooting guide & tried to measure the resistance of the heater module (72) but I couldnt get a steady value; The resist' of the motor was 9500 while the sheet said 8800 (a min I presume). I'm wondering if the tray is not getting voltage to loosen the ice; Ive ordered a new motor. Everything looks mechanically sound. Tks
