Default Kitchen Aid Ice Maker
Model Number: KSRT26DT   Brand: -brand-   Age: Less than 1 year   
I have an old Kitchen Aid Side by Side Fridge. The ice maker quit working. Gear is not turning at all. I bought an entirely new ice maker (626636) and it still is not working. I left the door closed for 45 minutes and the gear has not turned at all.

Any suggestions? I did jumper a few holes on the old one that was suggested on some other site and could see the water filling the tray.

I have it set on position 3. I am not sure of the temperature... Everything is frozen solid, so I am assuming its pretty cold Do you need a specific? How would I tell?

Any help or suggestions would really be appreciated. I would hate to call in a repair person for something that is probably trivial
