xProblem description:
First, my fridge/freezer has a label inside the fridge door, and the only numbers for model shows RC223, no extra number. It is a side by side with 21.7 cu ft total. It has a number at bottom of sticker that says parts number 108517-1.

Next, the reason I'm contacting you is a problem I am having with the freezer. I have a slow drip coming out the bottom of the freezer. On the inside, I see a light rust on the metal of the bottom, and rust color on the bottom portion of the rubber seal. It easily cleans up, but still shows moisture on the carpet the next day. The freezer is turned to the max cooling setting, but does not freeze ice cream. Is there a way I can do something with the rubber seal, like heat it in warm water, or something, without having to buy a new seal? Any input would be great. Can you please respond to me at my email address at bigchub42@yahoo.com? I have little experince in these forums, and do not know how to work in here. Thank you Dan
