Hello dear sir or madam, My refrigerator don't get cold anymore so I remove the back panel on the refrigerator. The Relay, overload and cover kit and Starting device kit, compressor are burnt do you think the compressor.

Cannot say for sure.
Check the compressor windings with a meter.
Check the capacitor with a meter.
Check that there is power at the compressor.
If the above are OK then you could try replacing the parts.
The above will tell you if a part is shot but will not tell you that the part is 100% OK.
