My side by side fresh food is overcooling. Temp control can be moved from 0 to factory set without much change in temperature. Cooling area stays about 32 degrees and will not freeze liquids but fresh produce freezes. Controls to fresh produce have been closed by still freeze. Can you offer advise as to what I can obtain from you to fix poblem. Is this the fresh food temperature control switch?

The first failure suspect is a bad damped control (#115 on the diagram). Remove the damper control and check if the door inside is not physically broken and is closing all the way. Make sure the cold air is not coming around the damper control due to a broken foam seal. Post the results.
