Refridgerator noise

Brand: Sears Age: 1 - 5 years

GE Sears refridgerator about three years old. Suddenly starting making loud constant noises, whirling noise as well as the noise of the fridge running, high pitch sound every so often. Check fan, still running, cleaned coils and all around fridge....any ideas before I call the Sears man?
