have an Amana refrigerator with the freezer on top model TZ18Q2L. I'm trying to access the floor of the freezer because of an ice dam. I"m able to remove the back cover housing to expose the evaporator, and there are not any screws holding the floor. It seems to be clipped some way on the door side. I need to remove it to get a better idea if the obstruction. The sides and back are free. Like anything if you know how, it's easy. There must be a trick. Any ideas? Wayne
